How sweet. I was speaking to a couple just now in Lynchburg, VA, and they mentioned how their son, Gabriel, had made a short homage video to Laker’s song David Sylvian. He even captures the body gestures! Thanks, Gabriel!
OK, I’ve been wondering how to say this in the perfect way. But it’s got out of hand. So I’m just gonna say it. Laker is gonna be playing a fall show at Kirk Avenue Music Hall. There. By the way, I’m hoping we can put together for it a version of Lou Reed’s How Do You Think It Feels. We may need a brass section for this, of course.
